The shooting death of Michael Brown in Ferguson changed many things in our country, including the life of a pastor of a small church in the St. Louis County community. Rev. Traci Blackmon, a nurse by training, became active in the protest and dialogue around policing minority communities. She was invited to the Vatican, the White House and to dozens of other churches in the country who are focusing their faith on social justice issues.
