ST. LOUIS (KMOX) – A St. Louis man is charged with making a terrorist threat against Harris-Stowe State University via Snapchat.

St. Louis police say 23-year-old James Jackson used the social media forum to threaten to shoot three people at the school.

Jackson allegedly communicated with someone via Snapchat, asking if there was security on one of the dorm floors, then called that person, saying he was coming to the campus to shoot the individuals.

Jackson’s bond is $15,000.
