ST. LOUIS COUNTY (KMOX) – St. Louis County Police have a description of the suspect who left a suspicious package at Moline Elementary School last Wednesday, and now appear to be connecting him to a second package.

Police were called to the school for a fire alarm and discovered a small explosion had occurred outside the building.

A second suspicious package was located in the same area and students and faculty were evacuated. That second package was rendered safe by bomb and arson.

The FBI is offering up to a $5,000 reward for info leading to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible.
