As we get ready for Monday’s first presidential debate, we got a preview from University of Missouri-St. Louis Political Science Department Chair David Robertson. He offers some excellent insight into what to expect here.

Downtown smells great this weekend as some of the area’s, and nation’s, top pit masters take part in “Q in the Lou”.  One of them is Bard Orrison, the owner of The Shed in Ocean City, Ms. Brad talks about the event, St. Louis and much more here. We promise, it’ll have you drooling.

Hollywood’s latest remake is of the classic “The Magnificent 7”. Harry Hamm has seen it and offers his thoughts here.

Among those celebrating birthdays on this September 24th are a Platter, a Pacemaker, a mean Steeler and maybe the most exciting St. Louis Football Cardinal of all-time. That list is here.

On Sunday, in addition to the latest news, sports and weather, we’ll be visiting with KMOX’s Megan Lynch about her upcoming series on food allergies. She’ll join us at 8:35.
