ST. LOUIS (KMOX) – The son of former St. Louis County Executive Charlie Dooley is headed to prison.

Phillip Goodwin,37, of University City was sentenced Thursday to 23 years behind bars, after pleading guilty to more than a dozen robberies across the region.

The Post-Dispatch reports Goodwin was released from prison last Spring after serving part of a 22-year sentence for a previous robbery.
