ST. LOUIS COUNTY (KMOX) – St. Louis County police are investigating after a mushroom hunter found human remains in a wooded area.
Police were called to the 11100 block of Village Drive North around 5 p.m. Monday.
They initially found what appeared to be a human skull, and more remains were later found nearby.
It appears the body had been there for several months.
