ST. LOUIS (KMOX) – A private, Christian college in southwest Missouri says it will give employees a bonus because of savings from recent federal tax code changes.

College of the Ozarks near Branson said in a news release Thursday that each full-time, permanent employee will receive a $204 bonus by the end of January.

President Jerry Davis said the payments are possible because the college won’t have to pay for increases it was expecting from mandates in the Affordable Care Act.
