ST. LOUIS (KMOX) – Volunteers are out this morning counting the number of homeless people living in St. Louis City and St. Louis County.

It’s called “The Point in Time” and is part of a federal mandate as it determines how much money is giving to cities to fight homelessness. Volunteers are looking for anyone who is homeless or unsheltered. They will also help connect them to services so they can find stable housing.
