Accupressure is a method of applying pressure to specific areas of the body to minimize emotional or physical discomfort. During pregnancy, accupressure can help minimize morning sickness, acid-reflux, lower back pain, sciatica, neck tension and more. Post-partum, there are techniques to minimize breast discomfort, baby blues, lactation issues, and pain due to episiostomies or cesarean incisions.
