St. Louis has always had a romance with Cajun food.  This is where to take dad for some oyster shooters or enjoy some live music.  Low key, no frills and plenty delicious, there are lots of options at Broadway Oyster Bar.  The patio has live music all through the week, and they take pride in giving fans a place to go after the game.  A full red and white wine menu gives plenty of options, and there is a large beer list to choose from as well.

With a Soulard and O’Fallon location, you can be at a McGurk’s Irish Pub within minutes. They have been voted “Best Bar In St. Louis” repeatedly, and for good reason.  Reasonable prices and great presentation guarantee a great dining experience. The menu is full of Irish traditions, like bangers and mash and corned beef cabbage. There are plenty of American choices to balance out the menu. The Bailey’s cheesecake, made in house, is famous.  It’s a great place to have a nice meal, catch up and have a drink or two.
