Ann’s Hat Boutique grew from the dedication of six sisters who learned to sew and designed fashions and hats for their family in Jackson, Mississippi. The sisters eventually married and moved to different cities. Ann Dillion, one of the sisters, opened her store in the Central West End in 1976.
