UPDATE: Minor injuries in Metrolink crash

ST. LOUIS (KMOX) –  An update on a crash involving an abandoned truck and a MetroLink train. 

It happened on North Market, near the St. Charles Rock Road station. 

The train struck a stalled tow truck whose driver had exited the vehicle and attempted to push it off the tracks.

Metro Spokeswoman Diane Williams says buses are being used to shuttle passengers west of the Rock Road station.

Witnesses say 5 ambulances were called to the scene to care for passengers of the train. All injuries are believed to be minor.
