ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOX) –Narcotics officers say they’re finding heroin in virtually every zip code in the bi-state region. Meanwhile coroners and medical examiners are watching their caseloads spike as increasing numbers of young people overdose.
In Part 3 of “Heroin: Killing a New Generation”, addicts and their family explain why finding the resources and inner strength to break free can be overwhelming.
