St. Peters Police Make Arrests, Recover Items Stolen From Cars

Brett Blume

ST. PETERS (KMOX) –  St. Peters police believe a pair of recent arrests solve a car break-in spree.

In fact, they say the suspects have admitted breaking into more than 20 vehicles in several neighborhoods in the St. Peters-Cottleville area from April 30th through May 3rd.

Now, however, the department’s stuck with dozens of recovered items because few of the owners have come forward to report a crime.

Items include GPS units, cameras, sunglasses, various music devices…and knives.

Anyone who believes some of the stolen items may belong to them can contact the St. Peters police department at (636) 278-2222.
