CHICAGO (AP) — The Illinois comptroller’s office has revamped its website with more easily accessible financial records and reports, links to social network feeds, and enhanced search capabilities.
Comptroller Judy Baar Topinka announced the launch of the website Monday. She calls it a “virtual facelift” that makes it easier for taxpayers to access information and improve efficiency.
According to the comptroller’s office, the website updates include access to contractor information, real-time information updates to detailed fiscal information and improved ways to learn more about office programs and services.
