ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - The person killed in a one vehicle accident on I-55 during Wednesday morning’s commute has been identified.
28 year old Stephanie Skaggs, a single mother, was traveling south bound when her vehicle struck a rock ledge at Gravois.
Skaggs was ejected and pronounced dead on the scene.
