“Most Wanted” Fugitive Sentenced in St. Louis

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOX) – A St. Louis County man, featured on America’s Most Wanted, will spend nearly six years in prison for making counterfeit checks.

The U-S Attorney’s office says 34-year-old Dante Sumlar used more than four-hundred-thousand-dollars in fake checks in four states over four years.  He pleaded guilty this summer.

Prosecutors say he was at large for three years, living in St. Louis under the false name “Micah Riggins”.
