    Hi. My guess is there is no buyer for the Blues. They might be owned by a bank or a group of creditors right now. Checketts banked on playoffs to at least break even. He didn’t. Debt soared to $150 million. No one is going to pay $150 million. He wants to ‘kick in’ the opera house but doesn’t own it, the people have $60 million in. He has $3 million or $6 , depending on total investment by the private partners. I think Chicago Matt doesn’t like what he smells. So Dave mans up, sells the team, takes his loses, gets out of town, and leaves the opera house alone.
