21-Year-Old Suspect Charged In Homeless Man’s Murder

ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - A man now faces murder charges in last month’s shooting death of a homeless man in north St. Louis.
The body of 62-year-old Carl Pearson was found near Visitation Park in the 5500 block of Clemens on the evening of October 19.
He’s been shot multiple times in the leg and was dead on arrival at the hospital.
Brandon Pool, 21 of the 3000 block of Thomas Street, has been charged with 1st Degree Murder and Armed Criminal Action.
Bond was set at $750,000.
