Homeless Man Charged With Sexual Assault At Occupy St. Louis Campsite

ST. LOUIS (KMOX) –  Police say they’ve made an arrest in a sexual assault that took place last week at the Occupy St. Louis campsite downtown.

Brian E. King, believed to be homeless, is accused of crawling into the tent of a 20-year-old woman who was taking part in the occupation of Kiener Plaza and fondling her through her clothes.

He faces a count of 1st degree sexual misconduct.

The alleged assault happened on the afternoon of November 8th.

Three days later, city police moved in an forcibly removed the tent city and made more than two-dozen arrests.
