Fallen Soldier’s Remains Come Home to Pacific

PACIFIC, Mo. (KMOX) – The streets of Pacific were packed, Saturday, to honor a native son killed in Afghanistan.

Twenty-one-year-old Army Specialist Jeffrey White Junior died April third when an improvised explosive device went off near his unit.

Visitation for White will be from four til eight p-m Tuesday at First Baptist Church of Villa Ridge. The funeral will be at 11 a-m Wednesday at the church, followed by a burial at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
