ST. PETERS, Mo. (KMOX) – A man who stole over $2,000 worth of parts from a St. Peters auto shop is captured on camera. Police are now asking for the public’s help in identifying him.
Authorities said surveillance video shows a man stealing the parts from the store located on the 1st block of Algana Court at 7 p.m. on March 10th. According to police that same man returned earlier this month and took more items from behind the auto shop.
Police say the suspect is between 35 and 50 years old. He has a heavy build with dark hair and a mustache.
He was also driving a late model white truck with a camper shell and a chrome fuel cap on the driver’s side. The vehicle was pulling a large, open trailer with various scrap items.
