EAST ST. LOUIS, IL (KMOX) – East St. Louis police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a body found early Sunday morning.
Authorities say the victim was found shortly before one a-m, lying on the side of the road in the 1300 block of North 39th Street. The woman had no identification.
She is described as African American with several tattoos on her body. They included “Princess” on the back of her neck, “Skull” and “Bone” on the back of her left ankle, “Love” and “Pain” across the front of her chest, the number “4″ on the back side of her right hand, and “NeNe” across the top of her right foot.
Anyone with information on the woman is asked to call East St. Louis Police or Illinois State Police.
