BRIDGETON, Mo. (KMOX) -  Police in Bridgeton are looking for a 2-year-old girl abducted from a motel last weekend.

Brooklyn Hunter was last seen Sunday at America’s Best Inn, 3655 Pennridge.

She was wearing a white tank top with pink dots and denim shorts.

The man suspected of taking the girl is 43-year-old Albert Corey Hunter, who has the same last name but reportedly is not the child’s father.

He was left alone with the girl in their motel room last Sunday, and both were missing when the girl’s mother returned.

Albert Corey Hunter is described as a black male, 6′ 6″, weighing 215 lbs.

He has brown eyes, black hair and a distinctive tattoo on the right side of his face.

It’s not known if Hunter has access to a vehicle.
