Before the Los Angeles Kings finished off the New Jersey Devils in Game 3 of the Stanley Cup Finals, Blues TV analyst Darren Pang joined Chris Kerber & Mike Claiborne from the Staples Center.
The Cardinals made two picks in the first round of the 2012 MLB First-Year Player Draft. Their second pick of the opening round, and No. 23 overall, James Ramsey joined Chris & Mike on the broadcast. Certainly a fine young man with a good character, the outfielder still has some baseball to be played in college as his Florida State Seminoles are still in the hunt for a College World Series championship.
The first pick made by the Cardinals in the MLB Draft was right-handed starting pitcher Michael Wacha. Unfortunately his Aggies were eliminated over the weekend, but Wacha certainly got good news Monday night when the Redbirds took him with the No. 19 overall pick. He also joined Chris & Mike a short time after being selected.
The Memorial tournament over the weekend was definitely entertaining for golf fans. However, while Tiger Woods came back to win on Sunday, did the poor play from others cause that to happen? Chris & Mike get the scoop from KMOX Sports golf editor Dan Reardon.
