Arson Suspect Jailed In Florissant

FLORISSANT, Mo. (KMOX) –  A suspected firebug is behind bars in Florissant.

18-year-old Khadeem Ratcliff of the 1600 block of Jodphur Drive in Florissant is accused of setting four vehicles aflame in a string of arson fires that date back to late April.

Ratcliff has reportedly confessed to investigators that he’s responsible for the fires, and faces four counts of knowingly burning or exploding.

He’s being held in the St. Louis County jail.

No motive was given for the burning spree.
