ST. LOUIS (KMOX) – As the ongoing tug-of-war between the Rams and the St. Louis Convention & Visitors Commission reaches arbitration, Kevin Demoff explained the next part of the process.
“In front of that panel of arbitrators, we’ll each explain why we think our plan for the Edward Jones Dome becoming first chair is the right plan, and the arbitrator’s will hopefully make a decision at the end of the year, by that target date,” Demoff says.
Demoff, the Executive Vice President of Football Operations & Chief Operating Officer with the Rams, was a guest for Sports on a Sunday Morning with Ron Jacober on Father’s Day morning.
If the CVC does not accept the arbitrator’s proposal, the Rams can terminate the lease after 2014.
“These are people who have been selected for their expertise in mediation of arbitration helping people see eye to eye,” Demoff says.
If the CVC accepts the proposal, the Rams must abide by it.
