ST. LOUIS (KMOX)-A man who was standing in the sunroof of a speeding vehicle, was seriously injured this morning, when the vehicle ran off a highway ramp and overturned.

The Missouri Highway Patrol says 21-year-old Jeffrey Morrissey of O’Fallon, Missouri was thrown from the car in the accident, which occurred on the ramp from southbound I-270 to Westbound I-70.

The car’s driver, a 30-year-old St. Charles man, was not injured.
