JEFFERSON COUNTY, Mo. (KMOX) – A Cedar Hill man is charged with placing a video recording device in the ceiling of a women’s restroom, and now Jefferson County authorities are asking any women who used the restroom to contact the sheriff’s office.

The offenses allegedly occurred at the Price Shopper in the 4600 block of Gravois Road in House Springs on Sunday July 15th.

An employee of the store spotted the recording device and identified the suspect, 51 year old Frank Fuchs, because there were images of him on the device.  Fuchs is being held in the Jefferson County Jail on Invasion of Privacy charges.

Sheriff’s officials say Fuchs may have attempted to video other victims throughout Jefferson County.

Anyone who may have used the female restroom at the Price Shopper Store on Sunday July 15th between the hours of 12:00 P.M. and approximately 1:30 P.M. are asked to call the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office at 636 797 5515
