UPDATE: Authorities Identify Inmate Found Dead in St. Louis Jail Cell

ST. LOUIS (KMOX) – St. Louis authorities are investigating after a jail inmate was found dead in his cell at the Medium Security Institution on Hall Street.
The prisoner has been identified as Ronald Pullman Jr., 38, of the 10500 block of Alliance Drive in north St. Louis. Pullman was admitted to the workhouse August 3 on a charge of domestic assault second-degree, domestic assault third-degree and trespassing on private property.
The Medical Examiner’s office performed a preliminary autopsy and found “no evidence of any injury,” and “no suspicious circumstances,” according to a statement released by Mayor Slay’s office. The final cause of death is pending a complete autopsy.
