ST. LOUIS, MO. (KMOX) -The car that police believe the killer drove away from the scene of Friday’s morning’s double murder in Ferguson, has been found. The white, 2006 Grand Prix with Missouri plates was found Friday afternoon in Madison, Illinois. There was no sign of the suspect. Police say the car belonged to one of the victims. The plates were stolen.
Police believe 29-year-old Tasheera Johnson and 30-year-old Claudia Williams were murdered by an acquaintance. Their bodies were found by a relative in a bedroom in Williams’ apartment in the Oakmont complex. Each had been shot.
Johnson’s six-month-old daughter was nearby, unharmed.
