Two Charged In Overdose Death of Collinsville Woman

COLLINSVILLE, IL (KMOX) – Two Fairview Heights residents have been charged in the overdose death of a Collinsville woman.

On March 19, the body of 30-year-old Jessica Williams was found in Washington Park, eleven days after she was reported missing.

A subsequent investigation by the Major Case Squad found that Williams had died of a drug overdose in Fairview Heights and that her body was then moved to Washington Park.

46-year-old Douglas Oliver II and 55-year-old Deborah Perkins have been charged with Concealment of a Homicidal Death and Concealment of a Death.

Oliver was arrested in his home but Perkins remains at large, according to Fairview Heights Police.
