TROY, MO (KMOX) – There was a peaceful end to a police standoff Friday that led to the evacuation of residents near Troy Buchanan High School in Troy, Missouri.
SWAT team members surrounded a home around two p.m., after a woman barricaded herself inside. The woman came out around eight p.m.
Police say no hostages were involved, and they just wanted the woman to come out and get help.
