CHICAGO (AP) - St. Louis Rams running back Steven Jackson is active for Sunday’s game against the Chicago Bears after being sidelined by a groin injury.
Jackson did not practice during the week after missing most of a 31-28 victory over Washington and was listed as questionable for this game.
He said he first felt tightness on a 20-yard run with about 12 minutes left in the first half of the Redskins game. He had three more carries before exiting, finishing with 58 yards on nine carries.
The Bears are missing running back Matt Forte, who was ruled out because of a sprained right ankle.
