ST. LOUIS COUNTY (KMOX) - A man has been charged with seven misdemeanors following the drowning death of his step-son last month.
Police say 12-year-old Christopher Marks consumed alcohol before drowning in the Meramec River August 5th. A large search ended days later when Marks’ body was found a few miles from the Palisades area where he was last seen.
Todd Combs is charged with seven counts of endangering the welfare of a child for allegedly providing alcohol to Marks and six other minors at a family gathering.
