Soccer Referee Dies After Collapsing During Game at Lindbergh High School

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOX) — A soccer referee who collapsed during a high school game Thursday night has died.

He is identified as 59-year-old Jim Duniven of Sappington, who was officiating a match at Lindbergh High School when he fell to the ground.

Players from both teams linked arms and formed a prayer circle as efforts were being made to revive Dunivan.

He was later pronounced dead at a local hospital.
