ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - St. Louis Rams defensive coordinator Gregg Williams is reportedly out of a job, despite his contract running through 2014.
Williams’ son Blake, who was the Rams linebackers coach this past season, told other coaches that neither he nor his Dad will be retained, according to report by NFL.com writer Marc Sessler.
Gregg Williams never coached a game for the Rams after being suspended indefinitely by the NFL for his part in the New Orleans Saints bounty scandal.
The Rams have not commented on the Williams’ firing.
