Ex Motorcycle Gang Leader Sentenced

ST. LOUIS (KMOX) – A Chicago man who admitted plotting to kill rival motorcycle club members in East St. Louis and arranging to distribute crack cocaine in Illinois is headed to prison.

A federal judge sentenced 34-year-old Allan “Dog” Hunter to 102 months behind bars on racketeering conspiracy charges.

Hunter is a former Midwest president of the “Wheels of Soul” outlaw motorcycle gang.

Prosecutors say FBI and ATF agents began looking into the dealings of the “Wheels of Soul” members after a 2009 murder and armed robbery in St. Louis.
