EAST ST. LOUIS (KMOX) – A Washington Park man has been identified as the homicide victim found Friday morning in Metro East.
Illinois State Police say the body of 32-year-old Byron Perkins was found shortly before ten o’clock in Frank Holten State Park.
The cause of death has not been released. Police have no suspects.
