BERKELEY, Mo. (AP) — Police in the St. Louis area are looking for a 19-year-old man who has been missing for 15 months.

The organization CrimeStoppers says Keith Johnson was last seen Oct. 21, 2011, in the St. Louis County town of Berkeley. Authorities remain puzzled about what happened to him.

Johnson has a tattoo that reads “RIP BOY” on his left arm, a tattoo of a clown on his right arm, and the letters “FSY” on his back. The name “Marcie” is tattooed on his neck.
