ST. LOUIS, Mo, (KMOX) – Here’s your chance to provide input on a project designed to reshape the St. Louis riverfront.
Todd Antoine, deputy director of planning for the Great Rivers Greenway, says they’re putting together a Citizen Advisory Committee to go over plans for the I-70 “lid” and other riverfront projects.
While there is currently not much sign of progress, Antoine promises that the riverfront improvements are moving forward. “I think you’ll see something here very soon, I’d say within the next two,” Antoine told KMOX.
The CityArchRiver 2015 Project will finally connect St. Louis to its most famous landmark, the Mississippi River, and provide a critical connection within the River Ring, connecting the Confluence Greenway with the Chouteau and Mississippi River greenways.
The deadline to sign up for the Citizen’s Committee is February 25th.
