ST. LOUIS (KMOX) – A Ferguson teen has been found guilty of murder in a 2010 drive-by shooting that killed the twin brother of the intended target.

The St. Louis Post Dispatch reports 19-year-old Justin Lewis was accused of driving the vehicle used when 18-year-old Dorione Thomas of Florissant was shot in Kinloch.

19-year-old Kevin McDavis is serving life plus 15 years, after pleading guilty in 2011 to firing the shot that killed Thomas.

Police say Thomas’ identical twin, Darione was the intended target in an ongoing feud between two rival gangs.
