CLAYTON, Mo. (KMOX) – A 28-year-old St. Louis man is charged with first degree assault and armed criminal action after a shooting and police chase Monday afternoon in Florissant.
Police were called to 3one4 Barbershop in North County in responds to a shooting. When officers arrived a witness told them a white Malibu was involved in the shooting. A shot time later officers caught up with the vehicle and pursued it nearly 10 miles into the City of St. Louis.
The driver, Terrence E. Clark, tried to run but was captured by police.
The gunshot victim, the 53 year old owner of the barbershop, was last known to be in critical condition at a local hospital.
