Train Bound For Salem, Ill. Derails

McRAE, Ark. (AP/KMOX) - A freight train bound for Salem, Illinois derailed Saturday afternoon in Arkansas, injuring one person and leaving 25 railcars off the tracks.
A Union Pacific Railroad spokeswoman says a train with 56 cars was passing three stopped engines on a parallel track near McRae, when a collision occurred.
An engineer inside one of the stationary locomotives was hurt.
The train was on its way to southern Illinois from Texas, carrying mainly auto parts.
