Argument Leads To Murder in Florissant

FLORISSANT, Mo. (KMOX) – Police say a man has confessed to a deadly shooting in a parking lot in the 3200 block of Cross Keys Drive.

Twenty-five-year-old Dale Hayes of Florissant faces charges of second-degree murder and armed criminal action.

Officers say Hayes and 31-year-old Simeon Brown were arguing over a woman, early Saturday, when Hayes pulled out a gun and shot Brown twice.

A judge set bond at $250,000.
