Hitchcock Classic at The Hi Pointe
Alfred Hitchcock called it his favorite film, and now it is being remembered in a special screening at 10:30 am on Saturday, August 10 at The Hi Pointe Theater. It’s part of The Hi Pointe’s Classic Film Series.
“Shadow of a Doubt” from 1943 starring Joseph Cotton and Teresa Wright is considered to be one of Hitchcock’s most suspenseful films.
It is the story of a favorite uncle who turns out to be leading double life with murderous results. The film featured the great stage actor Hume Cronyn in his motion picture debut.
The Hi Pointe is located at 1005 McCausland. Admission for the showing is $5 dollars per person. I will introduce the film before the screening. For more information on the Hi Pointe, please click on the link below.
