ST. LOUIS (AP) - St. Louis police are searching for a man charged with first-degree murder and other crimes for a fatal shooting at a home where three children were also inside.
The St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s office on Thursday charged 25-year-old Rico Combs, who remains at large.
The attack happened Wednesday night. Police say Combs forced his way into the home through a window and shot 27-year-old John Gorman in the head and chest, shot a 25-year-old man in the cheek, and pistol-whipped a 23-year-old woman.
Children ages 3, 5 and 7 were in the home; it wasn’t clear if they saw the attack. Police say they are the children of the female victim and Combs. They were not hurt.
