ST. LOUIS (KMOX)- Another day, another roster move for the St. Louis Cardinals.

The team announced Saturday morning that left-handed pitcher Tyler Lyons is being brought up from AAA Memphis, while left-hander Sam Freeman is being sent down.

The 25-year-old Lyons has already made seven starts for the Cardinals this year, going 2-4 with a 5.35 ERA. The rookie left-hander’s season mark at Memphis stands at 7-2 with a 4.39 ERA in 16 games started (98.1 IP) with 84 strikeouts.
