ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - Two separate shootings on Saturday night in north St. Louis have left one man dead and another in critical condition.

Police say 30-year-old Alfred Calvert died after being found at 19th and North Florissant with gunshot wounds to his chest, flank and shoulder.

A 27-year-old man is expected to recover after being shot in the side while walking at West Florissant and Warne.

There’s no word on suspects in either case and no indication if the two shootings were related.

ST. LOUIS (KMOX) – One person is dead after a shooting outside a north city bar.

St. Louis police say it happened late Saturday in the 2900 block of North 19th at North Florissant Avenue. A 30-year-old man was found lying in the street. He had been shot several times. He was taken to the hospital where he died.

The victim’s name has not been released.

No information has been released on possible suspects.
