HAZELWOOD, MO. (KMOX) - Officials are trying to determine why three children became lethargic while under the care of a babysitter.

The sitter in a Hazelwood home called 9-1-1 when she noticed the children, ages 2, 3 and 4 , were slow to respond.

Officials have tested the home on Tamma Lane for toxins, but found none.

They also found no reason to believe the children ingested any medications or household cleaning agents.

All three are at Cardinal Glennon Childrens Hospital where toxicology tests are being run.

The investigation is being conducted by the Hazelwood Detective Bureau.
